Minnesota now has a competitive Film Production Tax Credit!

The new program provides a $25 million annual cap, with an 8 year sunset, putting the state on track to encourage larger budget films and episodic content to produce in Minnesota.

The Omnibus Tax Bill was recently passed in the House and Senate, and awaits the Governor’s signature. Let’s get Minnesota rolling!
